Yellowstone National Park

One of many reasons we are expecting a large gathering of Amateur Radio operators at WyoHamCon 2017 is Yellowstone National Park. Cody is s short 50-mile drive from the East Entrance to the Park. Between Cody and Yellowstone is what CBS travel “blogger” Charles Kuralt once called, “the most beautiful 50 miles in America.”

The Park should open in mid-May. Remember that Yellowstone is in the mountains and subject to sudden, severe weather changes. You may check the road conditions before you go.
